Interview
There was a day of interviewing which was a mostly unpleasant but admittedly essential group interview. People were asked why they were there, where they felt they would fit in and aspirations for the future. This was all fine and acceptable and took most of the day, maybe around 8 hours, which was quite excessive but a lot was covered and the induction around a week later was as long if not longer.
