I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco
Interview
RH call. Some basic filtering before a technical conversation.
Then a technical conversation, for about 40min.
After that was arranged a pair programming on a separed day.
Process is tiring and long. The technical discussion should be enough. Or just the pair programming should be enough. The process all together becomes repetitive.

How Dependency Injection works.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tesco (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2020
Interview
I've done a 3 stages in a row Systems Design, Coding, Leadership process. After 3 business day the internal recruiter said I had passed the interview and everything was ok. One day after they said they were producing the contract etc. Recruiter asked me about starting date etc. Another day and I asked about the offer and they said CTO had to sign the contract. Today I received a call saying "Sorry we're not proceeding" . I had dropped other potential positions in the meantime and I was even studying already about their technologies. If I look from the bright side I think luckily I am not going to work for a company that lacks organisation. I'd never recommend them to any developer.
Intially a telephone screening consisting of 3 questions, 1 for system design,1 technical and 1 about leadership skills.
After this an onsite interview was scheduled in Tesco welwyn garden city office. 3 rounds each of 1 hr. System design, programming and leadership skills test.
