I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Trevor Project
Interview
It was through an external hiring company, super unorganized, and full of false promises. I was told conflicting information about my status in the process than what eventually happened. Overall, I was still very excited because I value the Trevor Project's work but was ultimately disappointed in the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked fairly decent questions, but it was conflicting hearing from the external company that you were a front runner, but not hearing the same thing from the Trevor Project.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Trevor Project in Apr 2020
Interview
I applied online in July 2019 and got an email to set up an interview in April 2020. suggest writing the answers for the application down in a document in case they reach out. I signed up for a virtual interview. It was around 45 minutes. I heard back two weeks later. You will be asked questions about your mental health, ties to the community, self-care, year-long commitment and how the role will benefit you.
Very convoluted - multiple interviews with the recruiter, and 4 interviews with the main Trevor team - including 3 group interviews and a strategy exercise. A lot of time and work. - - - - - - - -- - -
