The Trevor Project interview questions

Contacted 45 days after applied. Then, got a phone interview with a recruiter. Afterward, there were three more interviews. The entire process took about 3 to 3.5 months. Interviews included: recruiter, direct manager, and director.

An agency recruiter reached out to me on behalf of the Trevor Project several months after I had originally submitted my resume and cover letter. She was pleasant to speak with but seemed to know very little about the Trevor Project or the role. After speaking with her for about 30 minutes, she said that she would send follow-up materials about the position. She also said that she thought I was a competitive applicant for the role and she believed the hiring manager would want to speak with me the following week. After a week of no updates from her, I reached out for a follow-up and received no response. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from an organization that I support.
