The Trevor Project interview questions

This was a long interview process (5 rounds total including a technical project), but the staff I met with were lovely, and the recruiters communicated the process very clearly. There was a process on equity and inclusion throughout, which stood out as especially positive.

The interview process was nice, but very lenghty considering the title/pay. But I made sure to ask for a timeline after each step and they were accurate when sharing those. There was an initial phone interview, a project and an interview about the results, a third interview and a fourth interview.
