I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Trevor Project
Interview
The interview process was surprisingly easier than expected. Those I interviewed and coordinated my interviews with were very kind and expressed what was expected of me very clearly, which gave a greater sense of comfort and ease throughout the interview process.

Interview
Every review here is pretty accurate on the process and the ignorance and disregard for the candidates.
- Submitted application, received an invitation to schedule an interview about a week later.
- Had a call with the recruiter.
- Sent an email a week later asking for an update on where the recruitment process was.
- Received an automated email inviting me to schedule time via Calendly if I had questions?
- Never received any communication after that.
For a non-profit that does good work, they sure do not care about the time and consideration of the people they are potentially interested in bringing on their team. It's always an insight into how the actual culture is.

Paraphrasing here but "Describe a time where you had to deal with intersectionality"
I applied online. I interviewed at The Trevor Project in Jan 2022
Interview
Participated in an initial phone interview with recruiter/hiring agency. The interviewer had in-depth knowledge of Trevor although not an HR employee. Cameras/video were not required. The interview lasted about 45 minutes to one hour.

Question 1
Many of the questions posed were 2-3 part questions. For example, one question was about working with someone who was difficult - what was their relationship to you, what was the situation, how did you resolve it.
