Question 1
What are the 3 most important qualities to have when working with kids?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Applying was easy but not much else. Came in for an in-person interview after a phone interview. I was given 1 project and when that was completed, I was given another. I was asked for 7 references, where everyone completed their very long surveys, only for them to ask for 2 more. Then they decide to go in a completely different direction. It was a very frustrating experience and waste of time.
