I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied through the online application, got an email 6 days later to send in my resume. Then got a call for an interview 5 days later. 11 days total for hiring & interview process. Interview was easy, they talk to you like they already know you. She asked simple questions, nothing hard at all. She also told me everything they did. Be sure to ask questions! Was told they needed to call at least 3/4 of my references then I'll receive a call to let me know when I'm hired.
