2 people interviewed from management taking turns to ask questions. One played good cop the other bad cop. The interview process took 1 hour. Waited for 10 mins in reception area. Friendly atmosphere.

very relaxed, been around the YMCA since I was younger so I knew everyone. Went in and talked to the boss very professionally and later that afternoon he called me and told me the job was mine if I wanted it.
