Interview
I applied online and they called me within a week to schedule an interview. The interview was fine, but the 3 people who interviewed me had a list of about 20 questions each that they wanted to ask me. The interview ended up being 45+ minutes. They also called all 3 of my references (which I though was odd, being that the job was a small part-time position).

Interview
One brief phone screening, one phone interview with the hiring manager, and one in person interview with the hiring manager, HR Director and CHRO. Questions were generally pretty easy and I often felt like they were often not asking questions that would allow them to understand my personality or work style.
