Overall very easy. Asked about my general experience and why I wanted to work at the YMCA specifically. I had worked there before in a different department so I knew what to expect. They were very quick and let me know two days after applying that I got the job.

Normal, Very easy, they asked a lot questions about your availability, also about how well you are with kids. they ask a lot of questions about personality. the interview process was very easy.

Fairly simple interview. They usually look for experienced guards, and want someone to work evening hours. You must be able to swim the required amount of distance for American Red Cross. You pretty much know if you will or will not be hired on the first interview. Quick and easy, just be honest and depending on your qualifications you will most likely get the job.
