My physical paper application was turned in at the facility, I was called in for an interview within two weeks after applying, then I was interviewed by the Membership Director through an in person interview.

Go into an office and discuss with your supervisor your goals and they tell you if there had been any complaints about you and discuss your work ethic. Since I continued to have a great following and people who loved my class, there was never a question of my ability.
