I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was fine or so I thought. I was interviewed by two people (Jaelin and Samantha) (which seemed a lot for a simple front desk position I previously worked but okay). I followed up with them a week later because I hadn't heard anything and when I did they asked for 3 references which I replied back to the email almost immediately. They called all 3 references and then ultimately ghosted me. The very least they could have done was sent a rejection email. But for all of that what even was the purpose of asking for references, just to waste peoples time. 0/10 experience.

Question 1
Do you feel comfortable working overtime some days?
Got a phone screen after a month. But even though qualified did not move to interview. The person screening was not sure of the position and could not answer detailed questions about the position. They only prefer onsite and they wanted me this position to go between two locations.
