it was a very easy interview process, there were two people at my interview who asked questions. they asked a few questions about what i would do if dealing with a difficult child.
I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (West Bridgewater, MA)
Interview
Not very rigorous, pretty easy and laid back. Didn’t ask too many questions, didn’t really need too many qualifications, interested more in schedule and availability. Wage didn’t seem to be too high so not sure It I will take the job

Experience and qualifications and salary that I wanted
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Simcoe, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very lid back atmosphere, a lot of questions regarding safety and policies, as well as a lot of realistic scenarios prompting what your action would be, I found all the questions to be in line with the actual job. Overall more of a conversation. Definitely nothing to stress over.
