Interview
Ok, so this is a misleading review. In the past few years, I tried to pursue three opportunities at UNHCR but I never reached the interview stage because I never managed to apply.
UNHCR's portal is probably the worst in history. 9 out of 10 attempts it will show you: "The UNHCR MSRP system is currently unavailable. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience."
And the one time when you manage to connect, all good and dandy until it freezes mid application and deletes your progress. If you're lucky, you get to start over, if not... see the message above.
I tried to reach out through various channels (FB official page, LinkedIn, PR contacts) to notify this problem, and nothing! Not even an auto generated message.
It's completely outrageous that such an organization has this abomination of a portal. Absolutely disappointing and it makes you wonder if you would even want to work for them since they have so little regards for how they present themselves.
