I applied online. I interviewed at UNHCR (Cox’s Bāzār, Barisal) in Nov 2021
Interview
Very formal, with 5 people asking 1 question each. Interviewers cameras were off, so there was very little sense of communication/ dialogue, more of talking to myself.
The interview was supposed to be technical but included very generic HR questions.

Question 1
Have you ever faced a situation when someone offered you to cut corners, how did you react
The interview process went smoothly. The questions were relevant to the position and mainly aimed at knowing the competencies and behavior of the applicant which is a good way in gauging how they will respond in real situations if hired.
