I had to study a lot for the interview. There were 3 questions that they asked everyone. Two technical questions and one skill-based.

Interview
Did an online video interview and the interviewers were not warm or friendly, seemed distracted by other desk work and did not engage or make easy conversation. Asked very technical questions difficult to answer after basic introduction question.
The interviewers were very friendly and largely asked about my experience in the field, what drew me to the UNHCR, etc. I sent my resume in December and heard back in early April. I interviewed a few days after hearing back.
