UNICEF Consultant interview questions

The interview felt welcoming yet professional. They mainly discussed my CV, exploring how my experience and skills aligned with the responsibilities of the role, asking detailed questions to understand how I could contribute effectively to the team and company.

Very good shortlisting process (very inclusive, unbiased). Candidates offered interviews were able to select their preferred interview time from a list. Poor follow up from the interview - offered feedback when sent rejection but then ghosted when trying to get that feedback.
