Interview
The interview was okay. The panel was made up of four people; two technical experts and two from the HR office. They were friendly and the questions were not too hard. They were taking down notes as I answered the questions. There were six questions on their list but numerous follow up questions came up as the interview progressed. Since the position requires a lot of technical expertise, most of the questions were asked by the technical experts. These were mostly follow up questions. I enjoyed this since it was an area that I understood.

Interview
Straight forward, but can be a lengthy process.
Applied online through UN website, waited about 1 month or so, before asked to interview on phone with panel. That was fine, with standard competency questions based on the role. Then waited 1-2 months before hearing anything again.
I assume they get a lot of applications and as such a large organisation, it appears to be slow. Still, I would be keen to apply again for the right role.

Interview
I applied online sending the CV and a cover letter. Once reviewed the profile they invite me to an skype interview with a panel of technical experts and human resources from different locations. During the interview they asked questions regarding my experience with sensitive policy development and programme management. No direct questions of procurement procedures neither on contract management.
