UNOPS interview questions

First I was contacted by phone to agree a date and they told me there will be only one interview. It was a panel with technical and management people, so the interview functional and technical. They ask me some technical questions related to the position and a classic UN competency interview about how to manage releases, times, team work and so on.

Interview took place over two rounds via Skype. First one was conducted by an HR member and 2 team members, mostly behavioral questions and gauging your knowledge on international development. Second round was with senior manager. It consisted mostly of questions on why I wanted to work for UNOPS and what challenges UNOPS may face in certain regions.
