Interviewed with senior chaplain, and the questions are all given in advance by the recruiter. Have to travel to see the officer, and then the interview is based on his/her perceptions. In my case, I had intel that the person wanted to know that I could work well with others in a pluralistic spiritual environment. I emphasized these qualities in the interview, and he was happy. Typical government experience in many ways.
