Very decent process, not very difficult but strict. Maintain professional bearing, study for the aptitude test they will give you. Be ready for a 3 - 4 year commitment with great benefits.

Basically go through a lot of questions and backround checks, Tons of medical scanning. Physical condition analysis. Multiple trips to and from the office. Overall a decent experience. Be warned, It's not for everyone.

Interview
The initial interview process went well and professional. As advancement opportunities "arised" I was told that I wasn't chosen because I was a female and they were looking for a male. Although, I was one of if not the best qualified for the position.
