* The higher score you get on the ASVAB the more opportunities you will have. So don't go into it and blow off, it is a very simple test and some individuals may begin to go into auto pilot mode while taking the exam.

Asked if any criminal records, drug screen, checked out health, described a typical day, took the ASVAB, and talked to parents. Did a physical fitness test consisting of 2 min push ups, 2 minutes sit ups and 2 mile run.

Applied for the ROTC program at my local college. The process took two months. Had to pass a background check, drug test, and physical. Interview was simple and straight forward since two wars were underway and they needed people.
