Interview
Very easy Interview process. I walked up to recruiter asked for a job. The ASFAB test is required. He will look up your job after you pass the minimum to pass. Everyone will then went to MEPS and do a physical and everyone will later go on a plane to basic training.

Interview
PT test, college grades, military performance, persona appearance and more are taken into account. You interview with senior officers who must approve of your application to their program. After that, your file is sent to Human Resources Command, HRC, and determinations are made. This is your introduction to the Army if you have not served as an enlisted Soldier. All decisions are ultimately made by HRC based on the needs of the Army.

Interview
There was no interview. You just have to meet with a recruiter and they do all the work. Then simply go through the structured process at MEPS. That is all.
