I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at US Army (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2011
Interview
Pointless. Might as well signed the contract with my eyes closed because the recruiters don't care what your answers were. The recruiter pretended to know what every MOS was about and proceeded to describe each. I later found out that the particular job field I chose has nothing to do with the job I signed up for. Recruiters pray on young adults that are desperate for money and will constantly contact you until respond how they want you to respond. If I could go back and not sign up, I would.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at US Army (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was good, asked about what I know about the FAR. You have to do a writing sample for the internships (well I did for this job). The longest part if you get an offer is the clearance process. That alone took the longest, and almost held up the entire acceptance process.

Question 1
What my goals were for the future if I get offered the job, and What is no bid contract.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at US Army (Arvada, CO)
Interview
I came up as a student through the ranking system. When I was about 14 the owner asked if I wanted to go from SWATing classes (which was basically helping out for free) to actually being an instructor. I said okay, and that was about it.
