There really wasn't a interview exactly, just answering questions about what are you looking for and then they eventually schedule you to take the ASVAB and PT test. After that you're just waiting for your ship date to come up and prepare to get yelled at once you get to where you're going to.

lol, "Hey guy, do you want to jump out of planes, live in a hole, and carry heavy stuff on your back?" Me: "Sure sounds like fun." I was hired 3 days later.

Interview
You either go through the United States Military Academy at West Point, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), or Officer Candidate School. They all have different processes. You need to be screened for intelligence, fitness, health, security risk, and past criminal offenses.
