Interview
You speak to a recruiter who will always be willing to help. They are there purposely to help recruit you into the Army. Be sure to tell them about your educational and career goals for them to beat help you. Your career options depend on your ASVAB score.
Depending on your commissioning source, you submit a packet with your proficiency scores, a written statement of why you want to joint and sit before a board of current officers. Your scores consist of your aptitude tests and your physical training scores (pushups, sit-ups, and 2 mile run).

Interview
An interview board consisting of 5 members asking a series of questions related to the organization and the specific job duties. The interview board members asked two questions each. Leadership, skills development, workplace conflict, and understanding of organization were key issues to address.
