My personal experience included first calling and speaking with a recruiter then actually meeting with a recruiter. After meeting with my recruiter I then made an appointment to go down to MEPS.

It was very easy to apply. I went to the recruitment center and asked to join. The recruiter set up a time to visit my house to complete the process. My family was able to be there and be involved in the entire process.

This interview is a well known procedure for Army personnel, and is only for Army personnel. I am not sure this review is going to help anyone outside the military.
