No interview process--if you can score high enough on the ASFAB, pass a physical exam, and select a career field that has a need, you're in. The requirements and recruitment process for the US Army are public knowledge and can be found on the Army's website.

Question 1
There is general character assessment. You have to disclose as to whether you are a drug user, your nationality, and various other pieces of information to determine if you are a viable candidate.

Interview
Extensive background and criminal checks which also include medical and any police reports whatsoever. There are multiple urinalysis tests and three total tests which must be passed to be considered. There is insane amount of paperwork that must be completed and you are rushed through like a cattle herder.

no interview just display leadership, go to training with good attitude, always in right place, right uniform, right time, be prepared. Take care of your expenses. Be excellent at physical training, be excellent at navigation, volunteer for roles.
