Drug test, physical, ASVAB, background check, criminal record, high school diploma, college degree verification. There really is not job interview process for the Army. Spend time talking to a recruiter, JROTC instructor, veterans and any other members of other branches of the military.

I did not have an interview. I guess the interview process is more of when the recruiter talks to you and asks why you want to join the Army, what you expect to get out of joining the Army and what job are you interested in doing?

There is no face-to-face interview to become a U.S. Army Warrant Officer. You assemble a board packet which is reviewed by Officers at Human Resources Command. Personnel from all military branches can apply to become a helicopter pilot. You can go online to research the information you need. If you are a civilian contact an army recruiter.

Interview
The first step is seeing the recruiter, once all contract options have been decided you will sign and head to MEPS. Here you will choose a military occupation, learn about all of the legal consequences of joining, receive medical inspection, and swear into the military, often leaving for Basic Training the same day you swear in.
