Uber Account Executive interview questions

Easy Process, challenging questions and case study but interviewers were friendly and very patient! They provided with all the materials needed . The communication was inconsistent so had to follow up a few times

Applied November 2025, got moved to a personality test before engaging with anyone - passed it and got invited for a initial interview afterwards with a recruiter, very simple questions regarding past experience and how I build a sales pipeline and questions about Uber (which would be quite hard to answer if you didn´t research before applying?). I passed the initial interview and got forwarded to a hiring manager, I got rescheduled twice and at last I got the interview, nice guy and a calm and fine conversation - this was a week ago. They told me that they would get back to me within 2-3 business days, reached out after 3 days - in which the recruiter bashed the hiring manager and told me he didn't fill out the feedback. And here three days later I am ghosted, dont really know what I should have expected, since It seems like a lot of the way that it is the way that their TA & HR handle the recruiting. Can´t really recommend it to anyone, I actually did quite some work to understand their values and to understand the company and their needs,
