I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Milton, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
I had to 4 online assessments prior to interview. At the interview I had to do two more assessments and then I spoke with HR. I received an email about a week later saying that I didn’t get the position.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Why do you want to work here?
Received a phone call to set up a phone screen a few days after applying. They were very responsive and worked quickly to set up interviews, although valued phone calls over responding to emails. I had a few interviews, including an in-person which honestly was not needed during a pandemic considering it was relatively short and was an exact repeat of the phone interview. I sat in the waiting room while the person who was about to interview me had a personal conversation with another person for 10-15 min that I could hear. It seems very stable but also extremely rigid, change-averse and old-fashioned. They talked a lot about the dress code (women must wear pantyhose, for example), Bachelor's degrees required for certain positions such as sales, 6+ interviews for some positions, etc. The assessments are complete overkill - a total of 6 for me (4 online, 2 in person) - and the amount of interviews is just unnecessary. The people there seem very nice and seem to compensate their employees well. They also had great follow-through - always followed up exactly by when they said they would.
