Uline Sales interview questions

Great company, growing- but seemed like a very boring job. They wanted sales people that really didnt sell- just took orders. No commission structure. Interview process is extensive including skills and personality tests which you are not made aware of before..you walk in to the "interview" and are told that there will be a few tests first. I think it is a good company but like most companies stuck in their ways.
