You have to take an assessment, which is normal for most jobs. After the assessment, I didn't get a good impression and I declined as I don't think I would be a good fit for their culture. Very very structured and didn't seem a lot of room to be an individual.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2021
Interview
They said in my last interview that the job was mine and the last conversation was just a formality. Then HR called the following day and said they were going to pass because I had asked about territory movement and changes. Completely unprofessional

Question 1
Typical Sales level questions. What is your sales style, upselling, rapport, etc
They are thorough which is great because it does weed out who would not be qualified. There are many steps throughout the process, meaning multiple interviews. You will have e-interviews with at least 3 people on the other end, tests/quizzes to test your skills as well as in person interviews.

Question 1
I was asked multiple times, after each step in the process, if based on what I know (and kept learning) if I would want to continue. They truly make sure you want to be in the role you are applying for.
