I applied online. I interviewed at Uline in Feb 2017
Interview
Contacted by company fairly quickly. Held a phone call with HR and then was moved on to next round with a manager who did not seem interested in interviewing that day. Received some generic email stating I would not be moving forward in the process. I sent an email to HR asking for some feedback and never heard back.

Interview
Horrible waste of time. Each of these posts are entirely true. Seems like they are interviewing for no real reason.
Applied online, received a call within a day to schedule an interview. Was sent an email with 2 attachments. Pre-Hire paperwork and another with 4 online personality assessments. Relatively easy.
At interview met with HR rep, was given 2 additional in-person wonderlic tests. You are given 4 minutes each. First is a number matching test, is this number the same as this other one. Accuracy and speed. 2nd is a number pattern test.
Both irrelevant.
Received an email 2 days later with the generic you were not selected well keep your resume blah blah. Also it said, "keep checking back often". NO THANKS.
FYI, they said you're a sales rep for 6 months before you are made a manager.
Pretty sure I was overqualified as an MBA and I'm confident it had something to do with the salary expectation, however, they didn't have the courtesy to call personally so guess we'll never know.
Do not recommend at all.

Interview
The interview was incredibly lengthy. For a professional sales manager position that required years of experience, it was still required to do basic entry level testing on math and problem solving skills. From start to finish it took about 45 days.
