Took a couple of number association exams. Very short - looking for speed and accuracy.
Short one on one interview, then email contact later of their decision. They don’t leave you hanging for days wondering about the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Uline (Allentown, PA) in Nov 2017

- Interview Wrap-up
* I was offered a temporary position at $15/hr vs. the posted minimum $17.50 I applied and thought I was interviewing for. Overall a good experience, the management was very nice and the property is stunning; I do wish I could have taken the position, but the offer was too uncertain, I need stability for my family, for whatever reason they felt I wasn't worth the regular wage given. I've read a few reviews on here were they felt their race was a factor, I didn't get that feeling while I was there.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Uline in Oct 2017
Interview
I actually did not get an interview. I recently transitioned out of the military and after looking at the company, I thought it would be a great place to build a career. I applied online and the next week received a rejection email. I more than met their qualifications for the position and am shocked that I didn’t at least get the opportunity for a phone interview. This leads me to believe two things; they are either not military friendly (probably not the case), or that their HR team is incompetent and needs serious training. If someone meets all the qualifications set in a job description then they should at least get a phone screen, and if they are looking for something else, then they should revise the job description to reflect what they want for a qualified applicant.
