Ridiculous interview process including meeting with numerous people at different times and taking numerous assessment tests. It’s a warehouse job, completely unnecessary process. You also have to take a personality test after.

The interview process was very thorough, but at the same time just felt like someone wanting to get to know you. Even with all this the interview is fairly easy to pass it's the tests that will get people.
