It is an extensive interview process, with psychometric test and virtual interview. There is a half day assessment centre, with 4 different stages, including situational test, presentation and face to face interview.
There was a game-based assessment in the first round, with 3 distinct games - math, memory, and a puzzle kind.
If one was able to proceed from this round, there was a digital interview round with 4 questions. Prep time for each question was 1 minute and then one had to record an answer for a maximum of 2 minutes. For each question, there was one retry option if you weren't satisfied with the first recording you did.
