Interview
There were 4 stages:
1st stage was applying through their career portal, consisting of basic background checks.
2nd stage was a series of pymetrics games. You'll receive this invitation by email.
3rd stage was a video interview hosted on Hirevue. There is time for you to prepare your responses and you can re-record your responses.
Last stage would be the Discovery Centre stage. There will be one-to-one mentoring sessions, case presentation and also a team discussion.

1) Online Application
Short essay questions on your interest, some behavioral questions- Tell us about a time when you have a big issue to solve and needed help.
2) Online test (timed)
3) Video Interview. E.g. questions: Why do you want to work in Unilever?/ Why do you want to work in your selected function?
4) Assessment Centre
3 components in the assessment centre: 1. Case study (individual) -> prepare 3 questions in about 40 min, then present to an assessor for about 20 mins. 2. Individual interview -> many questions on your past behavior, questions related to Unilever's Standard of Leadership 3. Group Case study

online test> phone interview > assessment center. AC = individual case study, behavioral interview( 1 on 1) and group case. challenging yes, but a very fulfilling experience. stay calm, show you can lead the discussion and you will be fine. you should prepare some stuff and stories about the SOL. good luck to all those applying!
