Verizon CSR interview questions

Absolutely horrible experience. Applied, interviewed and was offered the job 4 different times but every time they had something that held it up. Once it was that I applied for an opening in March and needed to apply for the one in April, the other they needed to do “additional employment verification” and the recruiter said they would call me “right back” but never did after 4 days. Honestly not worth the effort

Easy recorded interview questions. Lasts about 20 mins. No rush to respond to questions. Only about 7 hypothetical questions. Must have good audio connection. They will request you to re-record within 14 days if there are technical errors.
