Very easy process. A supervisor called for the second, and final part of the interview to asked a few questions about how I would handle “real situations” in the store. Completely painless!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Austin, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
This was a sales position for which cold calls were a huge part of the job. They will put you on the spot in the first interview. You are required to roleplay a cold call with the hiring manager which is really a hit or miss situation. If you've never worked at a company like this, I would definitely not recommend starting as an entry level employee.
