Verizon Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very easy questions. Interviewer was very polite. Asked the general interview questions like strengths and weaknesses, prior experience, challenge you have faced, why you would be a good fit, why you want to work there

It took months to get an interview, only given after you pass a written aptitude test. After passing the written aptitude test, I was given a typing test. After both exams I was given a face to face interview and then was offered a position a week later.
