Concept I've learned in a project/class and how I've used it Can you name a time when you worked with someone who wasn't doing his/her part of a project or was unenthusiastic about it? How did you deal with it? Can you name a time when you ran into a problem with a team project and how you and your team handled it? When have you displayed leadership? Describe one time when you failed and how you recovered and learned from it Just kind of went with the flow of the conversation - was really easy. Just mentioned a ton of experiences from my resume...my resume provided a good structure for the overall conversation
