notified of interview. was not told how many other candidates were applying or being considered for the position. The interview questions were situational and there were several of them. The interview was conducted in a room with a panel of upper management. I was asked very difficult quesitons and once answered, i would be asked to elaborate or give a relating situation.

Interview
Interviewed with Director and Regional President. Was asked how analyze and solve real world business problems in addition to demonstrating how my background fit roles and responsibilities. Be sure to tie any past achievements to measurable results: increased revenue, decreased cost, improved process efficiencies, etc. When discussing business problem solution, focus on framing the issue, analytic methodologies used and final reccomendations. Ability to communicate findings and explain techniques to all levels of the organization is critical.
