Interview
First, you will interview with a person from HR. Ensure to study beforehand, ask a lot of questions (good ones) at the end of the interview, and you will advance. Next, I moved on to the second phone interview with another HR rep. Slightly harder questions, still pretty routine, easy stuff. Next was the in-store interview with the store manager. This was where it got a little more difficult. The questions were definitely harder, some even kind of impossible to answer. Just do your best, and ensure you show your enthusiasm and ability to sell. Next, after the job offer, you have to complete a drug test and an extensive background/employment verification/education verification process.

Interview
They asked situational questions that required a three part answer. They all ready know who they want to hire, so basically you don't have a chance of getting a promotion. They only promote minorities, family members or brown-nosers.

Interview
I applied online and a few days later, received a call from HR, wanting to set up a phone interview. Phone interview went well. We discussed the job description, company values, and general questions. Interviewer was very kind and helpful. She set me up for a second phone interview with different person for the next day. The second interview was much more in-depth with scenario and goal-oriented questions. Again, interviewer was very kind and helpful. Both genuinely had good insight. I was then informed that my information would be sent to the store manager, and that it would be up to the manager to schedule me for an interview if so desired. The process is on-going, but it has been a very positive experience.
