Interview
Got a call from the company intially for a job in a different city. When I had told them I was no longer planning on living there they actually helped me find a job in the right city. 1st phone interview was about scheduling, ability to work in a retail enviornment, standing for 8 hours etc, next phone interview was with HR about leadership qualities, education, why do you want to work for the company, etc. Next interview was one on one with the floating manager. Those questions were about my resume, a time when you faced conflict and how it was resolved, where do you see yourself in 5 years, 20 years, why verizon wireless? what was your major in college and why? why would you be good for this position?

Interview
Phone interview to identify if you are competent in a retail sales environment. Then met in person with the Store Manager, and his Assistant Manager. Questions about leadership and sales experience, seemed pretty easy to connect with this manager so it was an easy in. Got called back hours later with a job offer.
