Interview
It was really crowded as there were several other people interviewing as well. Hard to focus at times and the interviewer displayed no interest. I hoped I was interviewed by someone else. His demeanor made me nervous and I couldn't really open up as much. If you are interviewing, be confident in selling yourself and have extensive knowledge of some type of electronic product.

Interview
Applied Online and two days later received an email for a phone interview. After the phone interview the HR rep scheduled me for a one on one interview. Thought the interview went good, they had a job fair at the same time. They asked questions like"what phone company do you carry, what phone model do you have,why did you choose that model?" They also asked the same scenario questions like give me an example of an irate customer and how you handled the situation. It has been two weeks since I did that last interview and I am not waiting for a response. On with the next interviews!!

Interview
It was pretty tedious. I applied around January and I didn't get a email back until the middle of February. I was given a email to set up an over the phone interview with a recruiter. Set up the interview and was offered a chance to take the skills test. After I passed that test I was offered a interview over the phone with the HR Manager. After I passed that interview I was given a 1:1 interview with a CSR supervisor on the premises. After I passed that interview I was given the job two days later. Then a two week drug testing& background check happened. After that you were offered the job with your base salary.
