Verizon interview questions

First, i go phone interview, they did not ask me much on phone. just schedule an onsite interview. After on site, i met 4 people face by face. Due to it is an internship position, they asked me some general questions based on my resume. after 4 weeks later, i got the offer

Hi, I am currently going through the hiring process to become a Customer Service Rep for Verizon wireless and I wanted to share my experience so far. I completed the online application on Monday 03/14/11 @ 4am. I received a email from verizon @9am stating they wanted to set up a phone interview. I called and my phone interview was scheduled for Wednesday 03/16/11 @11am. The phone interview was harmless and the interviewer spent most of the time explaining the job expectations. Once the interview was concluded he told me I was invited to take the skills assesment test and someone would call me. I received a call later that same day and my assesment test was scheduled for today Wed. 03/23/11. I was told if I passed the part of the process I might receive a interview the same day.....I passed, but they did not have any interviews for today so I have to go back tomorrow Thurs. 03/24/11. I will keep you all updated on my progress.
