Pretty easy but if you are a woman do not waste your time, they hire all male staff and its evident as soon as you walk in. They need Bilingual and pay extra for it, but don't even test you so anybody can just say they speak 5 languages.

Question 1
Same scenario questions you would expect about customer service, non are tech related or language related. The same old questions, what would you do if customer is angry? or scenarios from past jobs.

Interview
I had a couple screening interviews with various human resource personnel. The screening interviews were done by phone and by remote conference call, such as zoom. Then, after passing the preliminary human resource screenings, I proceeded to a couple remote interviews. One with the hiring manager.

Interview
Online test, then video call going through sales scenarios with the employees there. The idea is to up sell everything. Cases, chargers, add a watch, more data, add the warranty. That’s really the essence of the job
