The interview process was an online test followed by a phone screening from a recruiter. Nothing better then being told you’re not a good fit for an entry level position from the local hiring manager and the base pay is horrible

They are all customer service based questions nothing serious.
A very long and tedious interview process that could be improved. Reducing the interviews to no more than 3 would benefit all parties involved. In addition, the discussions should be no longer than 30 - 45 minutes in length.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2022
Interview
Very unprofessional and asked pointless riddles that had nothing to do with the job. Such as, “How many men does it take to cover a manhole and why?” The seemed annoyed that I didn’t understand the question.
